DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS
To confirm your reservation, a 50 percent deposit is required. Guests are responsible for all nights they reserve. If cancellation is necessary, notice must reach our office at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival to guarantee a refund of your deposit. For cancellations with less than 14 days notice, your deposit will be refunded in full if we can re-rent your accommodation. All refunds are subject to a $15 processing fee.
